Important Schedule Update: No School on October 3rd and October 6th
North Daviess R-III would like to inform families of important changes to the school schedule for the upcoming week:
Friday, October 3rd will be an AMI (Alternative Methods of Instruction) Day. Students will participate in virtual learning from home. Assignments and instructions will be provided by teachers in advance, and staff will be available for support during regular school hours (8:00 a.m. – 3:08 p.m.).
Monday, October 6th will be a teacher workday, with no school for students. Teachers will work remotely to complete instructional planning and administrative tasks.
These schedule adjustments are necessary to accommodate ongoing campus improvements that require uninterrupted access to certain areas of the building. To allow this work to be completed efficiently and without disruption, the campus will be closed to all in-person activities on both days.
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we continue to improve our facilities in ways that will benefit our students for years to come. If you have any questions, please contact your building principal or the district office.

What a few weeks it has been!
Thank you to the Winston School District for working with us and allowing us to rent North Daviess West while we needed it. Your support means so much.
We’re excited to announce that North Daviess R-III is moving back to our Main Campus in Jameson with classes starting on Monday, 9/29/25! Afternoon buses will return to their original drop-off times.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility during this time. It feels good to be back — #KnightsStrong #MeaningfulLearningEveryday

Junior High basketball practice begins tomorrow, Monday 9/22, 6-7:30am. Students need to arrive by 5:30am at North Daviess. They will be returned to the school around 8a.

NDR3 Vo-Tech students WILL be in session on Monday, 9/22/25. Pick-up and drop-off will be at the main campus in Jameson. Vo-tech students are to arrive at 7:25 for departure time of 7:30.

2nd Harvest Delivery has been delivered to North Daviess R3. We will deliver in Jameson first, then run the East route, and finish up in Coffey. We will deliver to bus stops. Please be on the look out for us on the bus. KQ2 is traveling with us, and may want to take video, if permission is granted. See you all shortly!
